Hannah Crosbie is a wine writer, author and broadcaster. In 2025, she was named as the new drinks columnist for The Observer, after writing as The Guardian’s wine critic. She poured her first bottle in a restaurant when she was a teenager (legally), and has since spent most of her working life connecting with everyday drinkers via newspapers, telly, books and memes. She is Scottish.

She has written regularly for British Vogue, London Standard, Financial Times (where she filled in for Jancis Robinson), The Independent and is also a regular contributor to Noble Rot. She first appeared on Sunday Brunch in 2022 and is now their regular wine presenter.

Her debut book, Corker: A Deeply Unserious Wine Book, was released in 2024 and was described as “funny, original, irreverant”.

For press, partnerships, literary and broadcasting enquiries, Hannah is represented by Hot Sauce.
